I love real estate! And I get great satisfaction from helping people. I always have my client’s best interest at heart. I work hard at my job because I enjoy what I do. I started my real estate career in 2004, and I have been a multi-million dollar producer every year since.

My husband, Patrick Dietz, is a custom home builder in the Searcy area, and owner of Dietz Construction Inc- Custom Homes. If you can’t find your dream home from the available homes in the area, then we can help you build your dream home. From site selection to finishing touches, I will be there to help.

The Searcy area is home for me and my family. I grew up in the Pangburn area. I graduated from Harding University in 1992 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Marketing. While my husband was on active duty in the US Air Force we moved often and experienced different states and countries. Searcy became home again in 1997. I have two great children, Erica at UCA, and Jared at Searcy High School.

As an active member of the Searcy Board of Realtors, Arkansas Realtors Association, and National Association of Realtors, I continue to learn through Realtor education courses, including Realtor Ethics and real estate marketing courses annually.
